CANCELLATION POLICY

Overview

We aim to process orders quickly to ensure fast fulfilment and delivery. Due to this, our cancellation policy is time-sensitive.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase only.

During this time, your order is still in the initial processing stage and may be eligible for cancellation.

After 12 Hours

After 12 hours, your order will move into processing, which includes:

  • Order verification

  • Product preparation

  • Quality control checks

  • Fulfilment processing

Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

Orders in Processing

If your order has entered processing or fulfilment stages:

  • Cancellation requests may be refused

  • Orders may already be prepared for dispatch

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation is approved within the eligible timeframe:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider (e.g. PayPal or Stripe)

Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests where:

  • The order is already being processed

  • The cancellation window has passed

  • There is evidence of cancellation abuse
