Processing & Timelines

Customization processing may begin immediately after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Each Geluxehair unit is individually customized by hand to ensure a high-quality, luxury finish.

Please allow:

• Approximately 5–10 business days for customization completion

• During high-demand periods, launches, sales, or holidays: up to 10–14 business days

These timeframes refer to the completion and dispatch of your customized order, not the start of processing.

Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and selected delivery method.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent via email or SMS confirmation.

Please note:

• Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays

• Processing and shipping estimates may vary due to order volume or courier delays

• By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that customization work may begin immediately after payment confirmation

Customization Add-On Window

The Luxury Ready-To-Wear Service can be added:

✔ At the time of wig purchase
OR
✔ Within 24 hours after placing your order

This allows your customization to be included during the preparation stage before processing begins.

After 24 hours:

• Orders automatically continue through standard processing

• Customization can no longer be added

• The unit will be shipped as a standard wig order

Booking Fee, Cancellation & Refund Policy

A £20 non-refundable booking fee is included within the total £250 customization service price.

This booking fee covers:

• customization scheduling,

• preparation time,

• order processing,

• and allocation of your customization appointment.

Customers may request cancellation of the Luxury Ready-To-Wear Service before customization processing has begun.

If a cancellation request is approved before work starts:

• A refund will be issued minus the £20 non-refundable booking fee.

Due to the personalised nature of this service:

• Once customization work has started, the service becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.

By purchasing this service, you agree that customization processing may begin immediately after purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

• This service is exclusively for Geluxehair wigs

• Customization must be purchased before the order enters processing

• Once customization begins, changes cannot be made to the order

• Styling results may slightly vary depending on wig texture and length

• All customized units are individually handcrafted

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and the personalised nature of customized wigs:

• All customized wig sales are final once processing begins

• No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted after customization has started

• Geluxehair is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance after delivery

Please ensure all order details are correct before purchasing.

Shipping Policy

Once your customization is complete, your order will be securely packaged and shipped.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping details

• Monitoring tracking updates after dispatch

Geluxehair is not responsible for:

• Courier delays

• Lost or stolen parcels after shipment

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
