Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the item can be resent.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier service.
We are not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, weather disruptions, or parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
However, we will do our best to assist customers in locating delayed shipments.
If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Customs & International Deliveries
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on their country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
